A: we are normally choosing 30% deposit by T/T, 70% Balance before shipment. Of course, other payment terms like L/C at           sight etc
     are negotiable.

Q: Can I buy a sample for the quality tested? What's your sample time?

A: Sure, sample is available, sample will be offered within 3-5 working days.

Q: What's your lead time?

A: 10--15days after deposit received and all artwork confirmed.

Q: Can I printed our logo on the product or do customization?

A: Of course, OEM/ODM are welcomed by us. We offered for customized color, logo, package, design, function, etc and we        are very experiment on opening new moulds and designs.
 

Q: What's the warranty?

A: Free After Sales Service for the defected goods will be guaranteed by us within 12 months at our factory in China.

A: You can contact us by email about your order details.

Q: What’s the order procedure? 

A:  First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do full payment or deposit before we go into production.

     After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details,

      and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
